SustainabilitY PRACTICES

ETHICS

All of my garments are either manufactured by myself, locally in Melbourne at Vanessa Gullone studios or in Bali, Indonesia at a small, family owned, women-led manufacturer.

Every garment worker, from myself to Vanessa Gullone’s team to the team in Bali earn a living wage and work in safe and happy working conditions.

SUSTAINABILITY

I use mainly natural fibres in my designs and only use synthetic fibres when they’re either recycled or a necessary in the fabric such as elastane in a knit fabric.

I never produce more than 30 units per design as I believe it’s important to keep a design limited edition as well as reducing the potential for waste.

All garments are made from high quality fabrics with wash and wear in mind. This ensures your garment lives a long and happy life in your wardrobe.

I use leftover fabric to create scrunchies and bags to ensure I’m reducing my textile waste.

I naturally dye some of my own fabrics with plant based dyes.

CONSCIOUSLY DESIGNED

My garments are designed to ensure they can be worn in a multitude of ways for different seasons. This means you’re able to get many years of wear from them.
