Main Collection ORDERS

·      If you’re unhappy with your product due to sizing we will exchange for another size if available. If another size is not available, we will offer a refund. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. The product must also be returned in original condition, unworn and unmarked.

  • If you have purchased a sale item, we can only offer an exchange or a store credit for the value of your order. This is only once your returned item has been inspected and approved.

·      Once the product has been checked over to ensure original quality, only then with your refund be processed.


Custom ORDERS

·      Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund on custom orders.

·      Up to two alterations are included when you order a custom garment.

ALTERATION POLICY


Main Collection ORDERS

·      No alterations on main collection. Please refer to Refund/Exchange Policy.


Custom ORDERS

·      Custom orders include up to two alterations. Shipping back and forth is at the client’s expense.



 

MORE DETAILS

If your garment arrives and isn't quite right, we do accept returns on items which are not worn, altered, washed or damaged with all tags in place. Please try on your purchases for size and fit in a clean indoor environment and take care to ensure clothing does not make contact with any makeup. We cannot accept any returned items that have been marked or damaged. 

If you would like to exchange or return a product for any reason, contact us at hello@veronicatuckerthelabel.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. The item must be posted to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Any returns posted after this time will not be accepted.

 We advise customers to send returns by a registered form of Australia Post (Registered Post or Express Post) or recognised courier and keep your ‘Tracking Number’.

We cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit. All postal costs for returned goods are payable by the customer and will be reimbursed by Veronica Tucker the Label only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Once returned items have been received they will undergo quality review and when cleared, you will either be sent your new items (for exchange) and refunded the outstanding amount if items differ in price, or refunded the full amount (excluding postage cost) to the credit card used to make the original purchase.
